We have a team of Receptionists and Administrative staff providing support to our patients and those using our community services.
Our Receptionists are the first point of contact for all service users. They provide information about Practice services and are able to signpost patients to the appropriate clinician/ service. Additionally they are able to register new patients, assist with prescription enquiries, online access and other general queries.
Our Administrators process patient referrals, medical records and other administrative functions.
