Attached Staff

The following attached staff are employed by Local Trusts and provide services at the practice or in the community on behalf of the practice, but may be subject to change. Up-to-date information can be obtained from Reception.

​Community Diabetic Nurse: 

Supports patients with the management of Diabetic patients.

​District Nursing Team: 

We have a team of experienced district nurses who provide nursing care and support to patients who are housebound, recuperating after an operation, etc.

​National Diabetes Prevention Programme (NDPP): 

One to one sessions and group sessions available for patients that have been selected to join this programme.
