Roxbourne Medical Centre is a wheelchair accessible Practice with clinician rooms based on the first floor.
Patient parking can be found at the rear of the Practice. There is no charge for parking and should the site be full, there is parking along the nearby residential streets.
When parking in our car park, please be mindful of other drivers and avoid blocking any entrances or walkways.
There are disabled parking bays at the rear of the Practice. These are located near the Disabled Access into the building. The patient area of the Practice is on one floor and is easily accessible.
*To reduce the risk of infection, the waiting room remains closed to patients during the covid pandemic. We are operating a one-way system for face-to-face consultations*
We appreciate that patients may have to wait to be seen by their clinician. During this time, we kindly request that mobiles are used quietly so as not to disturb other patients. We also request that patients do not smoke or eat hot food whilst on the premises.
Baby Changing facilities:
There is a separate baby changing room in the waiting area. For mothers wishing to breastfeed whilst on the premises, please speak to Reception for further support.
If you require an interpreter, please let our reception team know when you book your appointment. We require a minimum of 2 working days notice in order to arrange for an interpreter to attend your appointment.
We are able to arrange British Sign Language Interpreters and able to arrange for our Practice leaflets to be provided in alternative formats.
