The Practice offers services during its extended hours from 7.30am – 8am Monday – Friday.

Our telephone lines and front doors open at 8am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

How to Make an Appointment

What types of appointments are available?

In April 2020, NHS England requested that practices move to ‘virtual by default’ services (telephone, video or text services). The aim is to reduce the chances of cross-contamination and to ensure safety of service users and staff.

Face to Face  This is no longer the default method of consulting and you will be invited at the discretion of the clinician. Appointments such as immunisations, cervical screening and blood tests remain face to face.

Telephone All requests will be reviewed and a clinician will decide the urgency of the appointment.

Video All requests will be reviewed and a clinician will decide the urgency of the appointment in addition to whether a video consult is appropriate.

Text Sometimes it may be deemed appropriate to send SMS texts as a response (this includes the practice signposting you to alternative services where appropriate e.g. dentists or pharmacist)

When should I book my appointment?

PATCHS is usually available from 7am – 18:30 for clinical submissions and until 22:00 for admin and non-clinical submissions.
